The session went at an easy pace and I found it helped me to recognise my thought processes and how they are influencing my life in a negative way.

I feel that my therapist is going at the right pace for me so that I don't get overwhelmed so I don't think things could be done better

Physiotherapy team could take a leaf out of [name removed]’s book. [name removed] are always polite, talk to you, find out how you’ve been between appointments. Make sure you understand anything they are asking you to do between appointments and they are warm and empathetic.

I have had so much pain it has been difficult to manage, it was very reassuring to be listened to it did help my morale

This has been such a long standing problem with significant pain that affects all aspects of my life and has changed my lifestyle completely. Having different physios and different approaches hasn't been helpful to make me feel optimistic about addressing and reducing pain.
Your phone system doesn't cater for me as a full time worker often unable to take a call in working hours. We can leave messages to each other indefinitely.
